I planned to cook country chicken at my grandma's place. I wanted to show you guys, my grandma's method of cooking. She guided me throughout the cooking process. Her native is near Ramanathapuram so the recipe has a touch of Ramanathapuram. I bought two chickens alive and I slaughtered it, pealed the skin, cleaned, and cooked it.
