Hi try Prestige Deluxe pressure cooker models they come with enamel coating. Even Hawkins brand hard ironized comes with enamel coating. Hope this helps.

First few minutes you should cook in open for volatile acids to escape and then close the lid . Nutrient loss is very less when you use pressure cooker
